Ngulia Safari Lodge is situated spectacularly on the edge of Ndawe escarpment, offering a vast panorama of Tsavo’s sweeping plains. Ngulia is an ideal base from which to explore Tsavo West, one of the worlds largest national parks

When in the heat of the day the animals disappear, guests can swim in the lodge’s pool or take a drive to the oasis of Mzima Springs. Here, a special viewing facility allows the observer to view hippo wallowing with surprising grace from below the water line. After dark, the waterhole by the lodge is floodlit, allowing guests to see nocturnal animals come in from the bush to slake their thirst. The area surrounding Ngulia Safari Lodge regularly hosts the song birds that come in their millions from Northern Europe and Siberia to Southern Africa. Ngulia Safari Lodge has fifty rooms, a swimming pool, a strategically located restaurant, two bars and a viewing bay for wildlife.
